RETURN

We accept returns/exchanges. We will be glad to offer you with replacement item or a refund for the original form of payment if the item you received is defective or the reason is due to customer remorse.

Return Method:

We offer return by mail for convenience, with the return of items purchased from customers in various regions. We’ll send a return label, which you’ll need to download and print.

Timeframe for requesting a return:

Our policy is valid for 30 days from the date of delivery. Unfortunately, more than 30 days, your items are not eligible for returns.

Item conditions that Elk Love allow for returns:

To be eligible for a return, your item in the new condition, not remove tag.

Return shipping fee:

All of the above eligible returns item will receive a return label. Customers do not have to pay for the return shipping costs, as we already provide prepaid labels for shipping. Customer need to download and print it.

Restocking fee:

No restocking fee for returns.

Step for return:

  1. Send us an email to [email protected] with the title “Request an return” and actual picture of the item you want to return + your invoice/order ID
  2. We will provide a return label by mail for defect item. Customers need to download and print the return label.

For items returned due to remorse, customers are proactive in returning shipping and sending tracking numbers to us.

  1. Package the returned product
  2. Send the return package to the above return address. Send us an mail with contents clearly stating the date of sending + tracking number of the return package.

Notify when Elk Love receives the returned package?

Depending on your shipping location, the time it takes for your return package to reach us may vary. Once you receive your return package, you will receive an email notifying you that we have received it.

EXCHANGE

We accept exchanges. For defective cases, you will receive a return label and we will ship a replacement item at no shipping charge to you. For other cases, shipping costs of the replacement product will be the responsibility of the customer.

REFUND

When will you receive your refund?

After we receive the returned item, our team will inspect it for approval or rejection. Please allow us 2-4 business days for the inspection process. Once the inspection is complete, we will notify you via email whether your refund has been approved or if we need any additional information from you.

If your refund is approved, we will initiate the refund process within 3-5 business days.

How do you get your refund?

If your refund request is approved, a credit will be applied automatically to your original payment method or debit/credit card within 3-5 business days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received your refund within the given 3-5 business days after being notified, kindly double-check your bank account to ensure the refund wasn’t processed. If it’s still not reflected, we suggest contacting your credit card issuer, as there may be a delay before the refund is officially posted.
