Modify/Cancel Order

We know you may need to make changes to your order if you see a change in your purchasing decision.
We always support you with the right to modify/cancel your order within 24 hours after placing your order. After this time, the order cannot be changed or canceled because the order is in the process of processing and handing over to the shipping unit.

If you would like to cancel or modify your order, please email us at [email protected] within 24 hours of placing your order. Please provide us with your order number, order email, and details of the changes you would like to make. We encourage you to submit your request by email of your order. We will confirm the cancellation or modification by email once it has been processed.

Please note that we cannot guarantee that we will be able to amend your order in a timely manner.
